Blizzard Authendicator

First of all, as a gamer myself I would like to introduce everyone about The company "Blizzard" before i go into detail with "Blizzard Authendicator".

Blizzard is a very large company that created a lot of famous games such as Warcraft series, Starcraft  series, Diablo series, etc. Sounds familiar right? I think most of everyone that plays game might know these series. 

Authendicator

If you know this company, you might know that it is one of the most "Hacker aim" it means that a lot of hacker want to hack your account or ID. So Blizzard launched this little device that can protects you from being hacked.

How it works?

As you can see from the picture upward   ^^^^^   you can see that it has the number that has about 6 digits which will change every 15 sec. Before you can login you have to type these number correctly and if not, you cannot login. It means that if you have this device with you, hackers cannot hack you!

and you know what? it's really work!

There are lots of people that complain about how inconvenient this device is because you need to keep this device with you all the time. So Blizzard Launched the newer version of this Authendicator  as an application for smart phone which most of us has it.

And this is what it's look like when you open this application. Simple as the previous version. you can see the digits and you have to type them in order to login your account.







The green line will shows you how much time you got before the numbers change.

To conclude with I think this kind of technology is very very useful in this industry and most importantly it is very useful for the users. You will have more secure for your account. Not just Game industry. There are some Bank companies that also use this kind of security device. such as Banks in China. I hope that in the future there will be more update version of these "Authendicator" because hackers also keep improving their ability to hack. So we need to upgrade our security also.
